My Passion.

I have come to a defining realization in my career: my deepest passion is helping other women succeed. But I am not interested in success that demands we "power through" by ignoring our humanity.

The professional world loves to talk about strategy, efficiency, and leadership, but it consistently ignores the unseen layers that so many of us carry every single day. We are talking about the intersection of professional responsibility with the realities of perimenopause, neurodivergence, and chronic illness.

Hormonal shifts are a natural part of our biology, yet the professional world continues to treat them as a liability—or worse, a taboo. We are expected to perform at the highest levels while managing symptoms that are rarely acknowledged in the workplace, let alone accommodated.

Skirting around these topics does a disservice to our potential. It forces us into a binary choice: be professional or be human. I believe we should be both.

What this space represents

My approach is incisive, sharp, and unapologetic. We will dissect the systems that hold us back, and we will build the resilience needed to thrive within them—or dismantle them entirely. Whether we are discussing infrastructure, professional growth, or the essential act of self-advocacy, everything here is framed by a commitment to integrity and the intersection of heritage and utility.

This is a space for the thinkers, the doers, and those of us who have realized that our "extra" layers—our neurodivergence, our physical challenges, our hormonal transitions—are not barriers to our success. They are part of the complex, powerful fabric of who we are.
